Rats / Mice / Gopher Control

Rodent activity inside and outside of residence can cause structural and property damages, and possible fire hazards by gnawing through electrical wiring of structure and or appliances. Multiple diseases can be carried into the home from the rodent urine and feces i.e., hantavirus, Tularemia, plagues. Upon inspection for rodent activity inside and outside of residential and commercial facilities findings and recommendations i.e., removal of rodent droppings recommended, exclusion of possible entry points for all services. Trapping and/or baiting programs to include control measurements to be applied to eliminate and remove all rodents. Inspection for gopher mounds, probing for tunnels and baiting to be applied.
